The Tracker – Get Ready

Before getting started, make sure you are not: 

  • Already in the middle of a weightloss challenge. 
  • Pregnant or nursing. 
  • In a busy season in life where you are just trying to survive and can’t dedicate more mental space to this new challenge. 

When you start, you should: 

  • Try filling the tracker everyday. If you miss a day, it’s okay, just leave it empty and pick it up the next day. 
  • Be honest with what you’re putting in. Marking everything perfectly on paper or deceiving yourself is not good. We’re not looking for perfection, but transparency. 
  • Don’t get distracted in the middle of our month and start another healthy tracking app or program or goal. See this one through first.
