What we eat directly affects our weight, but we are so much more than just a number on a scale. Our motivation should be to joyfully stewards our bodies and fuel it with the right things, so that we can live a purposeful life without being bogged down by physically not feeling good.

Homework: Know your current eating habits.
- Grab a piece of paper and a pen.
- Write down everything you ate and drank yesterday.
- Under each meal or snack time, write down why you ate and drank what you did – your health-related motivations.
